We all have our fair share of highs and lows in the kitchen but mere words cannot describe how useful silicone baking cups are when it comes to to oven duties. Some things work well and others don’t turn out so masterful. Whichever may, silicone cupcake liners are here to stay.

With that said, here are some time-saving tips in taking care of your silicone babies for you to be able to enjoy using it for the many baking years to come.

────────── TIP NO. 1 ──────────

Don’t let them loose in the dishwasher. Yes, most of them are dishwasher safe, but they’re so light they’ll end up in the bottom of your dishwasher. To take the mold and mildew out of these baking wares and spare not losing them in your dishwasher, use baskets used for washing baby bottles before reeling it in.

────────── TIP NO. 2 ──────────

When washing the baking cups by hand, use a scrub brush. Allow it them soak first in warm soapy water before washing them Clean. Don't attempt washing it with a dishcloth because it always leaves crumbs, its usually not that noticeable until the cups dry.

────────── TIP NO. 3 ──────────

It's not necessarily recommended to use silicone baking cups with a muffin pan, but you’ll be happier if you do. People who were able to try it both ways can repudiate that cooked muffins are better formed with nice crowns when they have the support of a muffin pan. Without the pan, the muffins still turn out perfectly edible, but they are flatter on top and uneven around the edges. And it's common knowledge that a perfectly cooked muffin is a lot easier to take out of the silicone liners and is much easier to clean-up after compared to an "almost perfectly cooked" muffin.

────────── TIP NO. 4 ──────────

It all boils down to quality. A quality product will surely yield better bakign and cleaning results. Not only that, compared to other commercialized silicone baking cups, its more flexible and easier to clean compared to other brands that mass produce these products and sacrifice on quality.
